方捷,教授,硕导,5848vip威尼斯电子游戏梅努斯国际工程学院常务副院长、人工智能研究院副院长、土木学院交通工程系学位点负责人,中国公路学会自动驾驶委员会理事。2007 年进入美国University of Wisconsin-Madison 攻读交通工程硕士和博士,2011 年获美国威斯康辛州立大学博士(Ph.D.)学位。博士毕业后赴加拿大University of Alberta智能交通研究中心作为博士后研究员开展研究工作,2013年底到5848vip威尼斯电子游戏任教,2015年直聘为教授,历任交通工程系主任,5848vip威尼斯院长助理。长期从事智能交通管理与控制、人工智能与网联交通系统等研究,在国际一流学术刊物和会议发表五十余篇次。在多个交通界国际知名杂志担任审稿人,如《Transportation Research Part C》、《IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation system》等。

在美国期间,参与了多项由美国交通部和威斯康辛州交通厅资助的交通信息化、智能交通控制方面的研究项目;在加拿大阿尔贝塔大学进行研究期间,作为联合申请人参与了加拿大交通部重点专项资助(三千万研究经费)的《ACTIVE-AURORA 车联网技术研究实践平台》项目、加拿大国家自然科学基金(NSERC)资助的研究项目三项,以及阿尔贝塔省交通厅资助的多个智能交通控制研究项目。回国后,近年来主持国家自然科学基金、福建省自然科学基金等教学科研项目十余项,承担漳州市智能交通监控管理平台(单项215万研究经费)等一系列智能交通规划管控项目,教学科研经费超过500万元。
